Originally a Marketing Consultant with Kilbryde Marketing before joining SC Johnson where he spent 12 years in key sales and marketing roles in the UK and Holland, culminating in his role as European Portfolio Director. Since 2004 Iain has been working in with clients to develop their commercial skill set and supporting behaviours through training, consultancy and coaching.
