Mark was a founding partner of the STAR Commercial Academy but has now stepped away from the main business to enable him to complete a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Southampton Business school. Mark has a background in sales, marketing and general management , gained through more than 25 years working Internationally, in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia Pacific. He is an expert in business to business customer management, customer experience and third party management and development. He uses this experience to design consulting solutions for global businesses.

Mark is now an associate consultant for USPIRE with a specific interest in customer management strategy and ‘good practice’, identification and application.

Areas of relevant expertise:

Mark has a background working in the food, beverages, pharmaceutical and industrials sectors. Working as a regional manager north eastern Europe for Guinness then into United Biscuits, leading global commercial change.

Relevant education:

Mark is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and member of the institute of sales & marketing. He holds a diploma in marketing and an MBA from Henley Management College. He is a member and mentor of Henley business school.
